Your Coaching Experience

Before your first session, we’ll talk through your swim level, goals, and what you’d like to achieve. During the session:

  • I’ll watch your stroke and give you a couple of instant tips to make an immediate difference.
  • We’ll discuss what we’ll cover if you choose ongoing sessions.
  • You’ll leave with practical improvements and clarity on your next steps.

When sea clarity allows, I also include video analysis feedback — a powerful way to see your stroke and understand where to make changes.

You can also book one-off lessons as and when suits you best. Sessions usually run weekly or fortnightly, depending on your practice time, weather, tides, or pool/lake availability.
