As I worked my way up the corporate ladder to Exec level within logistics, retail and security operations (managing contracts worth £100m+ with multi-disciplinary teams) I’ve had the privilege of mentoring and guiding hundreds of people. I noticed that I and other women faced unique hurdles in these male dominated fields. It’s where my passion for helping women overcome the things that hold them back and reach their full potential comes from. I know what it’s like to doubt yourself, to lack confidence (on the inside) and feel overwhelmed, yet have the ambition and burning desire to have it all.
Unexpected Change ……………Life’s curve balls!
I know what it is like to have unexpected change forced upon you too. I’ve faced the biggies – redundancy, losing my Dad at 17, caring for my mother up until cancer sadly took her life and the challenge of almost losing everything I’d worked for through a malicious claim. I have always had a positive outlook on life, but I get it when things knock you royally off course! Boy, don’t I wish I knew back then what I know now – life would have got back on course a LOT faster and with a LOT less heartache!
Life Transition…………….” I’ve never looked back”
My path took me into humanitarian aid logistics and then onto explore the world of Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP), a powerful tool for transformation. It was like someone had turned the light on! I discovered that not only had my mind been working against me all these years, but how to change it. I made some HUGE changes in my life and career and within 9 months, my life had completely changed. That’s how fast things move when you work with a results-based Coach who specialises in transformational coaching. I now have a career as a professional Coach that I LOVE EVERYDAY and on a personal level I discovered the loving relationship I had always wished for. I’m not guiding shipments anymore, I am helping individuals navigate their personal journey and unlock their full potential.

If you’d like to know a little more about me personally, there is a long list of things I love including my VW Camper, the sea, road cycling, wine, creating amazing food, mountain biking, wild swimming, my spaniel, my family and my partner (not necessarily in that order LOL!).

I am a Certified Master Coach to a globally recognised standard – ABNLP (American Board of Neuro Linguistics Programming) with a vast array of tools in my toolkit to help you get past what’s holding you back and help you realise your dreams!
