What is Havening?

When life feels overwhelming, the last thing you want is to drag up painful memories or talk endlessly about past trauma. That’s why I use Havening Techniques® — a gentle, neuroscience-backed approach that helps you release stress and anxiety without needing to go into detail.

Instead of talking at length about the problem, Havening works directly with your brain and nervous system. Using simple sensory touch (like rubbing your arms, palms, or face), combined with distraction and activation techniques, Havening helps dissolve the emotional “charge” from stress, anxiety, and past experiences — often bringing rapid relief. Once a memory, feeling, or belief has been “de-linked” through Havening, the results are typically permanent.
