Single Breakthrough Session
- 1-to-1 session using the neuroscience technique of ‘Havening Techniques®’ (in person or online)
- Break negative emotional reaction, free yourself from anxiety, nerves and old patterns of behaviour
The Havening Techniques® aims to delink a thought from its negative emotional charge by altering the brains chemistry. By creating new pathways and associating negative experience, trauma with a sense of safety and calm, the technique helps reduce anxiety, stress and other negative emotional reactions. Every client leaves this session with the ability to use ‘Self Havening’ for themselves following the session which means you will be able to feel calmer and less stressed, whilst also being able to build your own resilience and wellbeing. The method is backed by academic research, and my clients tell me they see a shift in just one session.

6-Session Competition Mindset Mastery (can also be done as a 2-day intensive plus pre work)
